About Mrs. Qu

I am Mrs. Qu. I've worked with elementary-aged children in the Altoona School District for three years. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed when provided with the appropriate support. I am honored to be part of the Altoona family and I look forward to working with families at Juniata Gap Elementary School. Cheers to a fantastic school year!
