Welcome to Kindergarten

Kindergarten is where it is at here at Juniata Gap!! 

Through our year together we are learning, exploring, and working hard. 

During English Language Arts, students are engaged in sharing stories, working on activities to boost comprehension and learning all their letters and Kindergarten sight words! 

Did we mention we are writing too?! Kindergartners share their reading and writing skills by working together and independently!    

We also use manipulatives to work through the Everyday Math series to explore number concepts, building shapes, measuring, and so much more. 

Our real fun happens during our Leader in Me and content time, where students explore historical people, holidays, use different materials to make beautiful art projects, and even get a little messy with science experiments!
